If an order you placed did not arrive:
- Contact the supplier first. If the delivery is delayed or the date is rescheduled, and you agree to the change, you do not have to do anything in Zeemart.
- Cancel the order. From the Orders tab, tap on ‘View orders’, then select an order. Tap on the ‘•••’ button at top right corner of the order details page and select ‘Cancel order’. You will need to provide a reason for cancelling (this step will be available soon in an upcoming release).
